Shared ownership of a channel's colour pipeline, the controller accessor that hands it out, and the power limiter's managed-channel estimate (#4344, #4440).
Large-memory tiers only: on the tiny and low tiers (AVR Uno/Nano, ESP8266, Teensy LC/3.x, STM32F1, ...) all of it compiles out – no vtable slot, no estimator, no control block – and a managed channel there is charged for its source pixels, as before #4344. Those tiers have no asynchronous show, so the pipeline is only ever read synchronously, where a raw pointer is provably safe.
