Execute a queued RP2350W update from the sketch loop.

The HTTP update blocks for the whole firmware download, which routinely outruns the sketch's watchdog window. The window is widened for the duration and restored to watchdog_restore_ms afterwards, so a genuinely wedged loop still reboots (FastLED#3956).

Parameters

watchdog_restore_ms

timeout to re-arm the watchdog with once the update returns — pass the sketch's normal loop timeout.
