Call Traits::enableClockless() when the bus provides one.

Unified parallel-IO buses (FLEX_IO on classic ESP32 / ESP32-S3) keep their clockless pipeline unlinked until something that can route clockless data to them names this hook (#4793). Buses without the member are a no-op.
