Hardware-accelerated LED controllers for Silicon Labs MGM240/MG24 series

These controllers use Silicon Labs' ezWS2812 drivers to provide optimized WS2812 LED control on MGM240 and MG24 series microcontrollers.

Available controllers:

• EZWS2812_SPI: Uses hardware SPI (must define FASTLED_USES_EZWS2812_SPI)
• EZWS2812_GPIO: Uses optimized GPIO timing (always available)
