Get the singleton WITHOUT registering platform default drivers.

For opt-in registration paths (BusTraits<B>::registerWithManager(), the legacy addLeds<> slim bridges) that name exactly one driver. Referencing only this accessor keeps initChannelDrivers() – and every engine it constructs – out of the link (#4618).
