FreqRange fl::PinGroup::frequency

Frequency range for this group's clock.

Clockless: bit rate. SPI: SCLK frequency. FreqRange::any() = "no per-group constraint" — fall back to the driver-level *_frequency. Best-effort note: drivers backed by PLL dividers can only hit a discrete set of rates within the range. The resolver does NOT enforce divisor-exactness — it accepts any request inside the range; drivers internally round to the nearest divisor at-or- below the requested rate.
