Subclasses implement rendering given the time delta and total time.

Parameters

dt_ms	Milliseconds since last draw (capped to prevent huge jumps).
t_ms	Milliseconds since first draw.

Implemented in fl::FlowFieldFloat, and fl::FlowFieldFP.
