Lowest 5-bit current field the colour-managed APA102-HD path may use (B1's flicker floor, #4042).

APA102's field is a secondary slow PWM: letting the joint code/field solve lower it buys low-light resolution at the cost of possible visible flicker at low field values. Default 31 holds the field fixed, which cannot add flicker; values are clamped to 1..31. SK9822-HD and chips without documented field semantics keep the field fixed whatever this says. Affects only channels bound to a colour profile.
