The RGB emitters alone, without the white one.

This is not the power model of an RGBW strip: it describes three of its four emitters. set_power_model(const PowerModelRGBW&) used to route through here, which is how white_mW came to be accepted by the API and then discarded. Kept because callers who genuinely want the RGB subset – driving the same strip as plain RGB, say – have no other way to ask for it.
