Binds exactly one RGBW thunk and one RGBWW thunk per source type, and names only that one, so the other is never linked for that instantiation.
A PixelController<RGB> gets the order-free pair: PixelIterator permutes their output itself, which is how one instantiation serves all six colour orders. Anything else – another order, used directly by a templated driver, or a colour-managed source with no kColorOrder at all – keeps the fully ordered thunks it always had, and its bytes are untouched.
