Detailed Description

Test-only filesystem hooks.

Separated from fl/fs/fs.h so the public API header declares only the public API (FastLED #4003). These exist solely to point the host stub filesystem at a scratch directory during unit tests; they are compiled out entirely on real hardware.

Implemented in platforms/stub/fs_stub.hpp.
